FAQ's

How much does a chiropractor cost in Orange County?

Pricing is discussed during your free consultation call. We believe in complete transparency and will walk you through all options before you make any decisions — no surprise fees, no pressure.

What happens at the first chiropractic visit?

Your first visit includes a conversation about what’s going on, a movement and posture assessment, and a gentle chiropractic adjustment. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a plan that matches your goals, comfort level, and lifestyle

Do you take insurance?

Well Adjusted OC is a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds when available. This model allows for longer, more personalized care without insurance restrictions.

Is chiropractic safe?

Chiropractic care is generally safe when it’s tailored to the individual. At Well Adjusted OC, care is gentle and focused on stability, mobility, and nervous system support. We’ll always talk through your comfort level and choose techniques that fit your needs.

Can I just come once?

Yes. You can come in for a single visit if that’s what you want. Most ongoing tension patterns and recurring pain respond best to consistency over time, so if follow-up care would help you reach your goals, I’ll explain your options clearly.

Do you offer longer 1:1 rehab or manual therapy appointments?

Yes. Extended 30–45 minute 1:1 rehab and manual therapy appointments are available for certain cases, and will be discussed on an individual bases. These are separate from standard chiropractic visits and are used when more focused time is needed for muscle work, corrective exercise, and movement retraining.
